Steigenberger Hotel Muenchen - Munich

Location close to a subway station as well as city center. Also, in the centre of the city. The outdoor restaurant for dinner.

Everything was great, nonetheless a few employees were horrible. Got immaculate, bright room with great views, balcony.

Clean room, soft bed.

Well-maintained fitness center, excellent shower features, access to local shops and restaurants

Noise levels from traffic can be quite disruptive!!! Room cleanliness needs significant attention, with spots missed during housekeeping and dust evident on surfaces!!!

The air-conditioning was inadequate during the heat, but the room offered excellent shower features.

Comfortable Stay with Great Breakfast

I appreciated the modern decor and the fine view from my Superior Double Room. The breakfast buffet was a highlight-delicious pastries and a refreshing egg station made mornings good. Pro tip, don't miss the mimosas! I encountered some service issues that could use improvement.

The rooms were spacious and well-kept, and the location felt safe. Staff were friendly, helping us start each day on a good note.

One downside was that the room wasn't always properly cleaned , disappointing.

An unexpected sauna hiccup

Stopped for a night on our way to Italy and enjoyed a well-kept room. The atmosphere was serene and the location was just ideal.

Disappointed that the sauna was not functioning at full temperature, despite our excitement to unwind after a long drive. The staff mentioned ongoing technical issues, unsettling.

The room was spacious and elegantly designed, with modern amenities that catered to my needs. I particularly appreciated the easy accessibility around the hotel.

More staff training in customer service would help.

Couples looking for a nice getaway

When we checked in, we got an amazing surprise with a free upgrade to a superior room. The shower was out of this world, it had this waterfall option that felt very nice after a long day, you know?

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you kind of expect that for a place like this.

Its location near the U-Bahn made it easy to access central attractions while still providing a peaceful atmosphere. The service in the breakfast area could use improvement, as I encountered an unfriendly staff member upon entry.
